I think so. This is why I try not to allow trolls on social media to rile me up. Today someone was being rude on there for no reason, and I looked up their account, which appeared to be a trolling account. Lots of disturbed folks out there just trying to feed off of peoples' anger.
Just think how many people a person could rile up before the internet. Not many as they would have to speak face to face with people, or right a letter to a news paper maybe. Today they can annoy many more people with more extreme statements to.
