That is a good question. I know that in my case, I have always been warned about the "bad stuff" in flu shots. I have had the flu before, and yes, it is pretty awful; however, I got a flu shot for the first time in 2019 (my manager forced me to), but I chose the one that doesn't have mercury as a preservative in it. Even though I supposedly chose the "healthier" option, I had horrible pain for days, and I also developed shingles. I reported the effects on VAERS. Due to this, I know that I wouldn't have accept any vaxxine, period, no matter what, due to my experience.
