A news channel I can stomach ?

No Comment news section. Brilliant.

Calm, sublime and lacking hype. I would have thought I would never associate those words with a news channel, but they are are words ive found myself thinking of while watching the euro news channel. But why do I find this news channel so relaxing ? Relaxing, what am I saying !

The pace of the news stories is relaxed as are the presenters. In fact there often isnt a presenter at all, and news story subtitles constantly run along the bottom of the screen constantly like other news channels, but when they are in relation to world news they are less hyped than say on the BBC where they are always looking inwards towards issues that leave me constantly triggered. Best of all there are parts of the news where there is no commentary at all, just film taken of a news story site. Its often shot amongst and very near to an event. I find that so refreshing. No words to corrupt.

Im not saying that euro news is anymore truthful than other news channel, but the BBC news is so inward looking. And what do reporters report anyway nowadays ? They just talk round and round in circles. I have however noticed much less reporting on Covid persecution in France and Germany, there again there was much coverage of the death of the European President which hardly made UK news. Oh, and unlike CNN they do not have constant adverts pushing the vax. I found that abominable. Not even the BBC would do that.

What Im really saying is I dont find myself triggered watching this news channel and that surprises me. I think this is how the news used to be 20 years ago. Proper world news.

  1. I stick to online news (not videos). I can't handle watching news, and yes, some of the comments on the news are horrible. I avoid those as well.

    1. BBC news use the colour red predominately and euro news a more relaxing less aggressive colour - light blue. euro news uses lower case letters in its name and BBC capitols. euro news uses relaxing rolling background ambient music and the BBC aggressive drum rolls punctuating its headlines.

    2. Have you heard of Alex Jones and Mike Adams? They supposedly run alternative media but when I listen to Jones, the atmosphere of his podcasts has an element of panic to it that never ends. Adams is very suspicious too and I think he is controlled opposition. I've also heard Jones say outrageous things to stir people up like saying 0bamas' wife is a man and other things that have a racial element to them. I am not a woke fool, but I know when someone is pushing my buttons to get a reaction.

Warning, he's very straightforward, and he uses some "offensive language." His channel is called Unsafe Spaces, lol.
