Is Putin in his right mind ? Today my Dad made a very good observation when he said Putins face looked very " puffy " and blown up as though he is on steroids for some alignment. In fact ive seen people being treated for cancer look this way. This could explain his devil may care attitude. Is he creating a legacy at all costs ?
He does look puffy.
