Sailing against the wind ? Is it really possible ?

Last summer I nearly drove myself into the ground trying to achieve a simple goal. At every turn I was thwarted. I then totally gave up and actively destroyed any avenues leading to any possible future success, and I did a proper job of that. Only then did events open up the path I had nearly killed myself trying so hard previously to achieve.
   This is a form of " magick ", so say some. It has my attention, though  the jury is out on whether this is just simply events changing direction back to what should have been, or simply has this goal run out of time to not exist in. ? Can an event have to happen because its time not to happen has over run ? Some say the longer you wait the more likely it is to happen !

There is more than one snake at the gate...

Further adventures in the world of 23

Calling in on my fb page I see I abandoned it on the 23rd of FEB . Well the 24th to be truthful, but its near enough.... 

Had enough of BT bills for phone and internet. Todays offending part of the bill , the amount I found myself finding unacceptable was £23...  

Of course part of the 23 meaning is coming a full circle and needing to continue along a path, but without the mistakes this time. It does not say " throw the baby out with the bath water " as such. I guess such subjects displaying 23 need urgent attention and slight adjustment, not abandonment.

Yesterdays Google picture was of a Philosopher/ Mathematician . She was the 23rd child in a family. In what context I dont know, but thats what Wickipeadia found important.

If I Came....23

I don't know what Jung would have made of this, but I had the most vivid dream last night. I found myself running very , very fast towards the sea over a grassy estuary. I slowed down as quickly as I could and suddenly found myself on a windy, blustery sea shore in a gale with sunlight catching the dappled, stormy wave swept surface of a stormy exuberant sea. I braced myself into the wind as a huge wave built up out at sea . I realised I could not out run it so I remained still and it crashed around my feet, even though I was standing clear of the beach, I could not out run it. This dream was all to real and like others ive had Im not sure how much of this was a dream...   


The number 23 occurs daily in my blog stats. I have researched in detail the Tarot meaning of this. It is not negative.




  

Its what people dont tell you thats most worth noting

The number of U.K soldiers having treatment for mental disorders after serving in Afghanistan was today I quote  " Over 660 "   We seem to be missing that last single digit. It is probably a 6 its safe to assume !

Drip ,drip , drip....

Today has been a day of synchronicity beyond any sense, even by my standards. This is quite normal for me and in the past I could tell you stories you would not believe. What can I tell you about such matters ? Well I believe Jung was right when he said these coincidences are the result of our physce affecting matter. That I know is true. For some of us what we hold dear, or desire in life will be reflected back at us in either the media or through real life connections, as has happened today. At the time this is very impressive and certainly will grab your attention !
  Whats it all mean, and is it of any use, however impressive the coincidence is ? Does it mean events are about to yield to your agenda ? In my experience they seem to occur AFTER an event in real life. They are certainly not a guarantee that things are heading your way, but that will only be proved in the long term, so who knows. At the same time I have seen synchronicity lead to a real movement in life, sometimes in a geographical sense as things orbit closer to your home, sometimes too close. Its a cop out, but I guess things can go both ways. So it means NOTHING then ? Well there MUST be some meaning when matter moves into line with your mental out look. A Physcologist would call it one thing, a mystic by another more flamboyant name I shall not print here.
  Any way to wrap up what I really want to say is, today has been an extraordinary day !
