I wonder...

You never know whats coming. Yesterday a helium filled birthday balloon blew into a building of cows which spooked them causing a stampede, and one to even jump out over the gate in fright. Its a good job I was not in the building. The plot thickens when I picked up the balloon as it was dark blue and it looked like an older persons color in my opinion. I know of a man who has just had his 85th birthday family  gathering and his daughter married that person who is the nut case further up the valley who caused me to have to chain the field gates. It would be about right if this balloon was linked to him and his family...lol

Imagine dying because of a dis-guarded balloon.

Life is a joke.

  1. I miss living in places that are organic. I'm not really a meat eater (I'm pescetarian), but I don't like the USA way of factory farming, which is not natural, or right. I would prefer the way things are done in the countryside; at least your animals are happier and living a "real" life.

  2. And that is pretty weird about the balloon! You will have to write a post updating us on the old maniac in the valley. Sounds like he will one day have his own legends whispered about him. Kind of like your own local "lore."

    1. My Dad has tales about people from the past and I will have now too. Some surnames here carry a very bad reputation that immediately ring alarm bells when heard. This could carry on for decades. People do not forget.

Saying that my daughter right now is talking with her friend about a boy who is dating one of their friends. He has a surname that is notorious around here for now a 3rd generation !
