Dog kills 9 month old baby - the average person relationship with a dog is clueless, sentimental, and deeply unhealthy. Human traits are projected onto them which when pushed cannot be fulfilled. A flawed mental crutch and a replacement for god knows what that is missing.
My mother allowed all "her" dogs to be spoiled and become aggressive. She took my Cairn terrier as her own and the dog became a biter. The wrong owner makes the wrong dog. I totally agree.
