One extremity to another 22 / 23
Its been a while, years in fact, but advertisers are finally and actively embracing the number 23. The Radio time announcement in the news bulletins can not get enough of 23 either. Previously there was nothing but 22. That was frustratingly as near as they would get. Of course i noticed this aversion and avoidance as a sign that something was amiss, equally as much as when they now have swung the other way. I have been watching and listening for years !
