Another moon alarm !

Driving home from Kendal late last night a large low orange harvest moon gave me quite a shock as it suddenly appeared through the bare tree branches . As i drove over the motorway bridge at Killington the moon was so low it was level with the road  . The straight road and slight up hill gradient made it look like the road was disapearing into the huge orange moon .The view looked like a  movie scene and something i shall never forget ...
