Yesterday I heard of an incident that took place at our local health center where a man I know was refused a tetanus jab after he stood on a nail because he was not up to date with his vaxx. He gave up, went home and just hoped for the best. He pointed out the reason he came was his foot, but they still insisted he had a vaxx jab first. If this story was about someone I dont know I wouldnt have believed it.
Maybe this was a one off ? But it sounds so stupid to be true.
This is SO stupid and should be illegal. Hopefully he's had a tetanus shot recently. I've heard they're actually good for at least 20 years, but I'm praying for him, whoever he is. Poor guy.
