This is American derived "positivity" that seems to abound everywhere these days. It is unrealistic, irrational, and lacks common sense. I greatly dislike slogans that praise negative things wrapped up as being "good." It is far more honest to just tell the truth about things as they are. I agree that to get to a certain goal one must struggle, but when it comes to every day life, yes, if you are unhappy then it is the wrong path.
