The forces are growing stronger here !

Today i found a  large victorian stop tap had been turned off a full 6 turns under a grassed over man hole cover resulting in the shutting off our water supply. Something turned off that valve. There is no way a man could have removed that cover without digging up the grass growing over it.  It had not been disturbed in any way.
